4/20/20: MARKING THE TERRITORY W/ DAVID ICKE

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

Back in 14th century Europe, the planet had been visited by the plague. At the time, the Bubonic Plague, infamously known as the Black Death, was ripping through the continent. Starting in 1343, the disease wiped out an estimated one-third of Europe’s population during a particularly nasty period of three years between 1347-50. This sweep of the plague resulted in one of the biggest die-offs in human history—and it was an impetus to take action.

Officials in the Venetian-controlled port city of Ragusa (now Dubrovnik, Croatia) passed a law establishing trentino, or a 30-day period of isolation for ships arriving from plague-affected areas. No one from Ragusa was allowed to visit those ships under trentino, and if someone broke the law, they too would be isolated for the mandatory 30 days. The law caught on. Over the next 80 years, Marseilles, Pisa, and various other cities adopted similar measures.

Within a century, cities extended the isolation period from 30 to 40 days, and the term changed from trentino to quarantino— the root of the English word quarantine that we use today.

So a trentine was 30-day isolation while a quarantine was 40 days.

Many say that the number of days is arbitrary as man believe that the 40 day timetable was taken directly from the bible, while others believed that 40 days was ample time for the disease to run its course in an area.

Jesus fasted for 40 days; and a period of 40 days set aside or used for a specific purpose, as penance or service. Indeed, the 40-day Lenten fast preceding Easter, Jesus’ time in the desert and other Biblical 40-day trials, have a central place in the Christian world. Such established practices of 40-day periods of penance and isolation are believed to have influenced the shift to quarantina. Others suggest it stems from the Hippocratic belief that the 40th day distinguished acute diseases from chronic.

Forty-day seclusion worked back then against the black death and yet COVID-19 is now taxing our patience.

People across the globe have been forced to adapt quickly to the social distancing.

But while the world might be eager for a relaxation of the rules, the restrictions might be around for some time to come.

In fact, according to a group of Harvard disease experts, some form of intermittent social distancing may need to be in place until 2022.

This is outrageous—the dehumanizing process that has accompanied COVID-19 need not be an excuse to take away basic human needs. If there is concern for those with compromised immunity, or the elderly then they should be protected.

The restrictions should not be an excuse to destroy human beings.

While we had to ride the rollercoaster of fear, job loss, economic downturn because of following guidelines there comes a time when one should be suspicious of what can be seen as an agenda and now is the time to start asking very important questions about risks, recovery, and a vaccine if one chooses to get one.

I emphasize the word choose and here is why.

When Anthony Fauci first warned that two million would die, there was a race among federal, state, and local officials to see who could rip up the Constitution fastest. Then Fauci told us if we do what he says only a quarter of a million would die. They locked America down even harder. Then, with little more than a shrug of the shoulders, they announced that a maximum of 60,000 would die, but maybe less. Those numbers are tragic, and it has led to some pretty awful dehumanizing things.

First of all, the final numbers in the death toll will probably add up to the same amount as an above average fatality rate with the flu.

Imagine if we had used even a fraction of the resources spent to lock down the entire population and focused on providing assistance and protection to the most vulnerable – the elderly and those with serious medical conditions. We could have protected these people and still had an economy to go back to when the virus had run its course. And it wouldn’t have cost us six trillion dollars either.

Governments have no right or authority to tell us what business or other activity is “essential.” Only in totalitarian states does the government claim this authority. We should encourage all those who are standing up peacefully and demanding an accounting from their elected leaders.

They should not be able to get away with this.

The fact that two unelected spokespeople, like Bill Gates and Dr. Strangeglove, Fauci have any say one way or another about how we conduct ourselves is most certainly out of line.

They are literally shaping the response of what we should be doing and this should be investigated.

Specifically, their powers of influence that have led to the shuttering of businesses; shutting up of citizens in their homes; shutting down of schools around the nation; stalling of the national economy; and of late, shaping of messaging that’s led to thousands of Americans wearing stupid face masks everywhere they go.

Remember nobody elected these men – nobody.

But because Gates is a philanthropist who’s giving millions and maybe billions to help develop a coronavirus vaccine, and because Fauci is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID, and thereby, by default, by medical professional and government service default, afforded philanthropist-like status — the media give free passes to them both.

Gates is not suffering through this and neither is Fauci…neither are most of the elite.

Gates has been on a ceaseless media tour, preaching a stay-the-course message when it comes to social distancing and full steam ahead when it comes to coronavirus treatment and vaccine development.” The media is also calling Fauci a hero in the country’s time of public need.

Meanwhile, preliminary results from government lab experiments show that the coronavirus does not survive long in high temperatures and high humidity, and is quickly destroyed by sunlight, providing evidence from controlled tests of what scientists believed but had not yet proved to be true.

A briefing on the preliminary results, marked for official use only and obtained by Yahoo News, offers hope that summertime may offer conditions less hospitable for the virus, though experts caution it will by no means eliminate, or even necessarily decrease, new cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. The results, however, do add an important piece of knowledge that the White House’s science advisers have been seeking as they scramble to respond to the spreading pandemic.

The study found that the risk of “transmission from surfaces outdoors is lower during daylight” and under higher temperature and humidity conditions. “Sunlight destroys the virus quickly,” reads the briefing.

While that may provide some good news about the outlook for outdoor activities, the Department of Homeland Security briefing on the results cautions that enclosed areas with low humidity, such as airplane cabins, “may require additional care to minimize risk of transmission.”

In a statement to Yahoo News, the DHS declined to answer questions about the findings and strongly cautioned against drawing any conclusions based on unpublished data.

This of course is typical – a ray of hope for people that is dismissed by the authorities, based on what? We don’t get any answers only the same draconian measures that keep us on the track of being kept in a prison, where area governors act like Wardens.

Last week, Apple and Google unveiled a rare partnership to add technology to their smartphone platforms that will alert users if they have come into contact with a person with COVID-19.

People must opt in to the system, but it has the potential to monitor about a third of the world’s population.

In the coming months, the two tech giants will add the technology directly into their operating systems so this contact-tracing software works without having to download an app. Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android have about 3 billion users between them.

They want to assure us that your privacy is safe.

Non-profit civil liberties group the Electronic Frontier Foundation expressed some concern over the news, too. Although they recognized that the data Google holds could help the fight against COVID-19, they cautioned that consent should be required before data is used and the process must be transparent. “Experts will often be working within private companies with proprietary access to the data. Even if they make all the right choices, the public needs to be able to review these choices because the companies are sharing the public’s data,” they said, calling on Google to release its full methodology.

Whistleblower and privacy advocate Edward Snowden went further, claiming in an interview last month, “there’s not really any hard evidence that this does work.” “This is not GPS on your phone” they are using, he said, claiming that, as long as it was not in airplane mode, some data would be captured whether you consent or not. Technology site The Verge, however, wrote that the data is gleaned only from users who have already opted into storing their location history. Thus, if users disable their location history, this should prevent them from the majority of the tracking.

Technology allows for the monitoring of individuals to better regulate stay at home orders. However, this opens up new possibilities for authoritarian regimes. Israelis who violate quarantining are now subject to up to seven years in prison, and location data could be used against individuals. It would be something to be sent to jail because your phone ratted on you talking a walk. Furthermore, given the country’s history of racist law enforcement, the law has the potential for serious abuse.

From California to New Jersey, Americans are protesting in the streets. They are demanding an end to house arrest orders given by government officials over a virus outbreak that even according to the latest US government numbers will claim fewer lives than the seasonal flu outbreak of 2017-2018.

Across the US, millions of businesses have been shut down by “executive order” and the unemployment rate has skyrocketed to levels not seen since the Great Depression. Americans, who have seen their real wages decline thanks to Federal Reserve monetary malpractice, are finding themselves thrust into poverty and standing in breadlines. It is like a horror movie, but it’s real.

Last week the UN Secretary General warned that a global recession resulting from the worldwide coronavirus lockdown could cause “hundreds of thousands of additional child deaths per year.” As of this writing, less than 170,000 have been reported to have died from the coronavirus worldwide.

Many Americans have also died this past month because they were not able to get the medical care they needed. Cancer treatments have been indefinitely postponed. Life-saving surgeries have been put off to make room for coronavirus cases. Meanwhile hospitals are laying off thousands because the expected coronavirus cases have not come and the hospitals are partially empty.

It comes as no surprise that there would be an attempt at trying to destroy civil liberties after the COVID-19 outbreak. However, in the fog of fear there is no way of getting out ample warning about the overreach that is happening at this time in our history.

The Daily Beast came out with a very biased article with the headline “Trumpists Believe Bill Gates Is Using Coronavirus to Implant Brain Chips.

The headline itself gives away the plot long before it can be read assuming that all people that fear the idea of tracking surveillance are all Trump supporters.

They also are critical of those who are afraid to get a vaccine that has been rushed through the trials and go as far as saying that they are fearful because they believe Gates is going to chip them.

They have even declared it a Tin Foil Hat QAnon Conspiracy theory as well.

The Daily Beast Continues by saying:

“Gates is somehow developing a tracking device to pair with any coronavirus vaccine. Some right-wing figures have even claimed Gates is developing the “mark of the Beast” predicted in the Book of Revelation. In fact, Gates’ foundation funded research in 2016 into using invisible ink to track child vaccination in developing countries, long before the coronavirus pandemic.”

While there so far is no proof that Gates will put a chip or a nano spec in hos vaccines – his would be difficult there is evidence that there is invisible ink that can be used in the vaccine.

Last December Scientific American reported that a group of Massachusetts Institute of Technology researchers has developed a way to track kids as to whether or not they have gotten their vaccines.

Along with the vaccine, a child would be injected with a bit of dye that is invisible to the naked eye but easily seen with a special cell-phone filter, combined with an app that shines near-infrared light onto the skin. The dye would be expected to last up to five years, according to tests on pig and rat skin and human skin in a dish.

The system—which has not yet been tested in children—would provide quick and easy access to vaccination history, avoid the risk of clerical errors, and would be an adequate way to track those who have immunity.

The quantum-dot tattoos involve applying dissolvable sugar-based microneedles that contain a vaccine and fluorescent copper-based ‘quantum dots’ embedded inside biocompatible, micron-scale capsules. After the microneedles dissolve under the skin, they leave the encapsulated quantum dots whose patterns can be read to identify the vaccine that was administered.

The research, conducted by M.I.T. bioengineers Robert Langer and Ana Jaklenec and their colleagues, uses a patch of tiny needles called microneedles to provide an effective vaccination without a teeth-clenching jab. Microneedles are embedded in a Band-Aid-like device that is placed on the skin; a skilled nurse or technician is not required. Vaccines delivered with microneedles also may not need to be refrigerated, reducing both the cost and difficulty of delivery.

The system delivers what are called d quantum dots, tiny semiconducting crystals like nanobytes that reflect light and were originally developed to label cells during research.

The approach raises some privacy concerns, because this is literally a mark on the skin or a tattoo carrying around personal medical information on their bodies or other aspects of this unfamiliar approach to storing medical records.

The tattoo would be virtually invisible of course.

When people were still getting vaccinated for smallpox, which has since been eradicated worldwide, they got a visible scar on their arm from the shot that made it easy to identify who had been vaccinated and who had not—this eliminates the possibility for the scar.

It does not change that it is certainly a mark on the body.

The work was funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

So does this sound like something that you would want on your body?

If this is not some metaphor for the mark of the beast – then what do you call it?

What is not mentioned is that the roll out of 5G plays a role in this.

When 5G is rolled out for most cities – it can be used to track individuals in the Google Apple tracking programs in order to help in things like telemedicine, remote surveillance, telesurgery and other procedures.

Now they will use phone apps – tomorrow it will be the invisible tattoo.

The COVID-19 vaccine is already under research and development and experts say it will likely be available in about 18 months. Will this mean forced vaccinations or perpetually “sheltering in place” for those who refuse the coronavirus vaccine? Gates is simultaneously working on the ID2020 Certification Mark, utilizes “immunization to serve as a platform for digital identity”. The Gates Foundation has also formed an alliance with Accenture, IDEO.org, Gavi, and the Rockefeller Foundation to make ID2020 a reality.

All of this, form Quantun Dot tech, to the ID 2020 system to 5G is part of the proposal for Smart cities—that will simply be prison camps for everyone to be enslaved in.

The Smart Agenda is basically synonymous with the UN Agenda 21 or Agenda 2030, and the Smart Grid is synonymous with the IoT or the Internet of Things – identification and remote control of everything by central computer and between objects/persons which is also going to use the new 5G network to achieve its desired saturation levels.

Without the expansion of 5G and all its invasive algorithmic tentacles into our personal lives, intelligence gathering would be severely curtailed, without which Big Brother would be relegated to knocking on doors and handwritten notes.

Mind control has taken on a physical and scientific dimension that threatens to become a permanent state. The interest is in the idea that a city of the future can be controlled and that human resource can be programmed like human SIMS to not question the motives of the controller.

Technology has always been a critical force deeply intertwined with the evolution of cities. From the first human settlements millennia ago to the industrial revolution to today, technological breakthroughs have impacted the buildings we use, the way we get around, and how we live, work, and play in the urban space.

Now, as we are on the cusp of further rapid shifts in cities precipitated by technology, it is worth imagining what the connected Smart City of the future will look like and the associated impact it will have on our everyday lives.

Full 5G is not available in all states, and so far the goal is to have the majority of states well equipped for the 5G experience. Most carriers are calling their 5G – 5G evolution as most carriers are now using 4LG and a few cities already have 5G for consumers.

Even though your phone may say 5G on it, it may not be functioning at the level of full 5G.

The roll out for 5G in the states began in January and so the move is to hopefully have everyone at full 5G by Christmas – however it may have been delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

There will need to be an outstanding effort to install 5G as it has been in limited areas around the world.

Broadband network demand will be over the top now that companies will need to effectively enforce stay at home policies.

Moreover, is the coronavirus outbreak and the “social distancing″ required to mitigate the spread going to become the business case for more advanced and robust 5G technologies for a future in which business, health care and human interaction must be at more than an arm’s length?

The jury is still out on whether home broadband, which tends to have lower capacity than more robust business networks, will be able to handle the traffic as whole neighborhoods become Wi-Fi hotbeds as adults video conference with their co-workers and their teens stream videos in between checking Blackboard for assignments. Providers, including AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast, are facing a test of whether they’ll be able to handle the increased demand.

Even though we know that this forced shutdown is temporary, those pushing the 5G upgrade will certainly capitalize on the what if scenarios and how to cut business overhead by encouraging telecommuting.

Then when we are allowed to finally move throughout our communities Surveillance cameras and microphones, 5G mini-cell towers will be installed on top of LED street lights, smart meters will record all actions that require electricity use, the electric appliances and wearables will come with a Wi-Fi microchips which will gather information and transmit it to a system.

We are fast approaching a time in which “Big Brother” will watch you everywhere all the time. This isn’t an exaggeration.

Take a look at China.
