NO!   If you need to ask Clyde or his team a question, please do so at Ground Zero’s website.

Any question for Clyde will be automatically deleted so our support staff won’t have to deal with it.

We have a basic app to tide us over until the final is ready.  It currently only works on Android.

We expect to have the new iOS and Android apps out in August or September.

Sometimes there are little glitches that we have to handle manually.   If you run into this error, please contact support.

  1. Go to any podcast episode.   Scroll down until you see the button called “Members RSS Feed”.
  2. Press and Hold “Member RSS Feed” button.
  3. Select “Copy link address”
  4. Open favorite podcasting app.   We recommend Podcast Addict for Android and Apple Podcasts for iPhone.
  5. Add a custom RSS feed to your app

  6. When prompted, enter your username and password
  7. Listen and Enjoy!

Desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux)

  1. Go to any podcast episode.   Scroll down until you see the button called “Members RSS Feed”.
  2. Right-Click the “Member RSS Feed” button.
  3. Select “Copy link address”
  4. Open favorite podcasting app.   We recommend MusicBee for Windows and Apple Podcasts for Mac.
  5. Add a custom RSS feed to your app

      1. Open MusicBee
      2. Go to the Podcasts tab
      3. Right Click in the Left Hand panel
      4. Select “Add Subscription Link”
      5. IMPORTANT:   Enter your Username and Password in the form BEFORE you continue to the next step.
      6. Paste the link for the Podcast RSS feed in the box labeled “Podcast url”
      7. Click “Save”
  6. Listen and Enjoy!

Yes!   You can share your login with up to 3 people.

Please be aware that our system only allows 3 users every 30 days.   This means if you share your account with more than 2 other people, you may find yourself locked out of your account.

This means that more than 3 unique IP addresses have accessed your account within a 30 day span.

If you feel that this is a mistake, please contact support and we’ll take a look at your account and reset your IP addresses.

If you see this message, please check your email that is linked to your account.

We will send you up to 3 warnings prior to banning your account that detail the issue and how to rectify it.

No.   We have 3 day free trials on all accounts so you can test out our service.   If you are not happy, just cancel within those 3 days and we won’t charge your credit/debit card or PayPal.

DuckDuckGo and Opera both have issues with our site.  We recommend you use Brave browser instead.   They are privacy oriented and don’t track your information to sell to advertisers (like Chrome, Safari or Edge).

In most cases this is caused by trying to use a “Pre-paid” Visa or Mastercard.   This also includes cards your employer may provide for paychecks.

Another issue is sometimes your bank will block the payment because we are based in Canada.  If you call your bank/credit card company they can remove the block and you can then sign up.

If all else fails, try using PayPal as a method of payment instead.

If you need help you can simply click the “Help” button that is located on every page in the bottom right corner.

On mobile it appears as a blue circle that contains a “?”.

On desktop it appears as a “? Help” button at the bottom of each page.

This goes directly to our support staff and someone will help you as soon as humanly possible.
